About Fatima Alaryani

Fatima Alaryani is an Emirati educator, writer, and future librarian with a deep passion for Arabic reading literacy and innovative assessment practices. She is currently pursuing her second master’s degree, a Master of Education in Learning Design and Technology, at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University (HBMSU), where her work focuses on integrating AI tools, designing meaningful assessments, and nurturing talent through digital learning environments.

Holding a Master of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from the University of Sharjah, Fatima combines academic expertise with creative expression. She is a published author and weekly columnist for Al-Bayan newspaper through her column “عوالم كتاب” ("Worlds of a Book"), and she has also published works in both literature and linguistic research.

 

Her professional journey spans teaching, content creation, and academic writing, with a consistent dedication to creative thinking, scientific writing, team collaboration, and innovation in education. As a future librarian, Fatima envisions creating inclusive, literacy-rich environments where learners explore, reflect, and thrive through assessment that reads between the lines.
